SIZING / SIZE CHARTS 
Please view our size chart.
Our sizing is Australian but the size chart has the equivalent USA and Europe sizing.
Our sizing is similar to other Australian brands.  


RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a pretty fair returns policy, we will happily refund or exchange on unworn, unwashed items still in the original condition within 7 days of the original purchase date as we understand that sometimes things don’t fit, or an item just isn’t quite what you expected. Please note we will not refund or exchange on items that have been damaged, worn, washed, altered or without the original tags.
If you wish to return your order, please email us at shop@thestylistsown.com, briefly explain the situation and request a return authority number.
When returning the item/s include the original purchase slip with a note about why you are returning the garment and indicate whether you would prefer an exchange or refund.
All return garments are customers own responsibility until they reach us. We advise that you send returns through a reliable courier or postal service with a tracking number so you can protect yourself and ensure the garments arrive back to us safely.

WE SAW YOU AT THE MARKETS RECENTLY, BUT WHEN I WENT BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK YOU WERENT THERE, ARE YOU MARKET REGULARS?
No, at this stage we only do the occasional pop up market to build awareness for the label, our primary point of sale is online through our webstore.

please note we only accept cash sales at the markets, but there is always plenty of ATMs close by.



WHAT DO I DO IF THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
Please contact shop@thestylistsown.com and our customer service advisor will assist you.


YOU HAVE CONFIRMED MY ORDER, BUT I HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THAT IT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHY IS THIS?
Unfortunately, although our systems showed available stock when you placed your order, when we went to pick the item we found that there was no stock available.
Although this doesn't happen often, when it does we have to cancel the item from the order. We don't charge you for the item, if monies have been taken out of your account, we will refund the amount taken.


I KEEP GETTING DIRECTED TO YOUR ERROR PAGE, WHY?!
oooops our bad, it generally means we are playing around with the coding on the site updating things.
check back in a day to see whats new.


ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER, SHOULD I BE CONCERNED?
Double check you have received the order confirmation from us, and given the correct shipping address.

For Australian residents; in the rare event that Australia post has lost your item we do keep a record of each tracking number for orders that we send out should we need to search the tracking of your parcel.
Please note Stylists Own cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen goods once the item has been accepted by australia post.

During busy christmas periods and public holidays please allow a few extra days to receive your goods,

we ship to the address recorded in the "ship to" area of your order.

Stylists Own cannot accept responsibility for lost or undeliverable goods in the case of wrong address - Please check with your local post office to arrange alternate delivery or holding services if you have made a mistake with the address or will be unable to recieve your goods at the original intended address.

Alternately please select the registed post option where the goods will be insured if lost.

Want something new to wear Friday night? Be sure to order by Thursday 2pm EST* at the latest to receive your order ready to wear before the weekend.

*Please note if you live outside of the sydney metropolitan express postage area times may differ. please check our shipping page or the australia post website for more details.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? AND/OR CAN I CANCEL AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Yes, you are able to cancel your order or an item from your order.
However you have to contact us as soon as possible at shop@thestylistsown.com.
There is a possibility that the items have been dispatched, if so, once you receive the garment send it back to us with a note explaining the situation. However in this case you will be charged the postage cost if you have only ordered 1 item.


CURRENCY
All prices on our site are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and charged in Australian dollars.
The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.


CAN I ORDER FROM OVERSEAS?
Yes, you can order from countries to which we deliver.
We use Australia Post International Airmail and TNT courier services. Please check the respective sites to see if they can ship to you. Check out Australia Post and TNT.


WHAT IF AN ITEM I WANT IS "OUT OF STOCK"?
If the item is out of stock there will be a note on the product page stating either "this item will be restocked on xx" or "this item will not be restocked".
Please refer to individual product pages for specific information about restocking.
Unfortunately as we are quite young still, we do not stock a bulk amount of items. If you really want something which is out of stock, please shoot us an email and you never know, if enough people are interested in an item we might do a 2nd round pre order.


WHO STYLES YOUR LOOK BOOKS AND CAMPAIGNS? ARE THE ACCESSORIES BY STYLISTS OWN?
The stylists own designer Billie Gray, with the help of creative friends and family.
Most accessories are a mixture of Stylists Own, the designers own, or vintage pieces.

I AM A BLOGGER INTERESTED IN WORKING WITH YOUR LABEL I GET THIS MANY HITS ON MY BLOG PER MONTH… ETC.
We love creating new alliances with bloggers, although at this stage our "gifting" budget is limited,
at present we approach the bloggers we feel represent the label and whose reader base would enjoy and appreciate what our brand stands for. we are not fast fashion, fast trends and do not approve of mass market and attack advertisements.
If you have a blog and are interested in working on something collaborative with stylists own, please do not be offended if we do not offer you free product, we would be happy to discuss alternate collaborative opportunities such as co thought out/ developed designs, editorial shoots or competitions.
at this stage we are not looking to place any paid advertisement on any blogs, though have no objections to those who wish to kindly represent stylists own store on their site.


INTERNING
Unfortunately Stylists Own is not in the position of taking on inters at the present moment.
